Arrive Paro and visit the town and market. Spend a full day touring Paro.

Thimphu
Drive to Thimphu and stop en route at the entrance to the Paro Valley, where the Paro and Thimphu Rivers meet. Afternoon sightseeing in Thimphu.

Day 4
Punakha
Morning sightseeing in Thimphu then drive to Punakha. Stop for views at Dochu La Pass. Evening stroll around the market area.

Gangtey
Drive to Gangtey via Wangduephodrang to visit the dzong and a local village house.

Day 6
Trongsa
Morning explore the Phobjikha Valley then drive to Trongsa over the Pele La Pass.

Bumthang
